This is a great starting point and will give you a guide to budget by and to get your organization thinking in the new direction. Your will receive three hours of phone time and the development of your Road Map.
Implementation of plan $750.00
This will help your key staff understand their roles with the new tools. You will receive 10 hours of time that can be used for group meetings and one-on-one sessions.
Analyze the Analytics sessions $375.00
This is like a webinar on your own company. You, your sales manager and your marketing director will be online to review your report. We recommend you do this for three months to get your team focused. You receive three monthly one-hour phone sessions, as well as two hours in preparation time.
